On2 Homes is reshaping the potential of homeownership by utilizing innovative technology, precision materials, and thoughtful design to bring attainable housing options to our community. How they’re constructed: 
Our homes blend the latest off-site and on-site technology. Homes begin construction in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where each home is assembled one story at a time. From the studs and drywall to the shingles, every component that creates the structure of the home is precision-cut by a machine and sourced to the exact unit count, allowing us to provide a consistent level of quality at an attainable price. When the home arrives on-site, a crane crew is there ready to stack the separate and completed pieces of the home on the foundation. Each home undergoes rigorous reviews and inspections by the state, the local municipality, and our management team throughout the entire building process. This process ensures each On2 Home is completed to our highest standard before handing the keys over to the homeowner, so they can step On2 their next adventure.
