Warranty Service Technician

As a Warranty Service Technician, you will be responsible for addressing homeowner warranty concerns as per the New Home Warranty Program’s Workmanship and Materials Guideline.

Responsibilities
• Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns
• Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues
• Performing ‘hands-on’ repairs
• Scheduling additional services with sub-trades
• Periodic walks of the homes:
        o QA Walk
        o New Home Orientation Walk with the new home buyer
        o Final Walk with the new home buyer
        o Two Month Walk with the homeowner
        o Eleven Month Walk with the homeowner

Qualifications
• Previous experience in residential construction or renovations
• Extensive knowledge of the Colorado and Denver Building Codes and home warranty requirements
• Be an independent self-starter, possess strong customer service and communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
