Westminster is continuing work on their Comprehensive Plan called "Westminster Forward".  Coming up, we have a great opportunity to hear from Westminster’s Principal Planner Andrew Spurgin, Community Development Director Dave Downing and their new Planning Manager Rita McConnell.  They will be presenting Westminster Forward, the sewer moratorium and their updated water rates and tap fees.  If you are currently working in Westminster or have plans to develop in Westminster, please consider having someone on your staff attend.  Send all RSVPs to Heidi Williams - (hwilliams@hbadenver.com).
