Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing multi-family & model home residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to create interiors that enhance the living experience for future residents.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design efforts for multi-family & model home residential projects, from conceptual design through project completion.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and specifications that align with client needs and project requirements.
• Produce detailed design drawings and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide exceptional design solutions.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the multi-family / model home residential design sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in multi-family / model home design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and design standards for multi-family projects.
