Residential Designer – High-End Residential
Full-Time
SPIRE Design and Construction is seeking a skilled and passionate Residential Designer with 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design to join our award-winning team.
As a nationally recognized design-build firm based in Englewood, Colorado, we specialize in creating custom homes that blend exceptional design with high-quality construction. Our work is as diverse as our clients, but each project shares one common thread: excellence in both form and function.
About the Role:
As part of our collaborative and supportive design team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on stunning, one-of-a-kind homes from concept through construction. You’ll partner closely with our in-house construction team, consultants, and clients to bring inspired designs to life—on time and with intention.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support the design of custom, high-end residential projects
• Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and presentation packages
• Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with engineering consultants
• Engage with clients to translate their vision into reality
• Collaborate with our construction team to ensure design intent carries through execution
• Stay current with materials, finishes, and residential design trends
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of professional experience focused on luxury residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Revit and Lumion a plus)
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, codes, and building systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A refined design aesthetic with a sharp attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• A portfolio that highlights high-end custom residential work
