AURORA, COLO., FEB. 3, 2022 — Painted Prairie is kicking off 2023 with new home tour weekends! It’s a month of celebrations filled with Grand Openings and Grand RE-openings from five of our world-class builders.
Berkeley Homes is hosting its Big Game Kick Off event on Saturday, February 11 and Sunday, February 12. Stop by and tour the Residence 2 model at 6234 N. Lisbon St. and its Residence 3 model at 6244 N. Lisbon St. Snag an amazing espresso from 11am-1pm on both days to sip on your tour, and afterward, drop in the sales office for football-themed treats and snacks.
Stop by Meritage Homes new model Grand Opening on Saturday, February 25 from 11am to 2pm for special charcuterie cups, sweet treats, and refreshments before taking a tour of the Woodland model, located at 6381 N. Malaya St., Aurora, CO 80019.
The long-awaited Larkspur model by Remington Homes opens Saturday, February 25 from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, February 26 from 11am to 5pm with sweet treats and sweet deals. Model is located at 20995 E. 61st Dr., Aurora, CO 80019.
It's a Grand RE-Opening at Parkwood Homes on February 25 from 10am to 5pm, and February 26 from 11am to 5pm. A local food truck will provide bites and sips while you check out the craftsman-style architecture created especially for Painted Prairie. The Chelsea is located at 21275 E. 61st Dr., Aurora, CO 80019.
David Weekley Homes is also celebrating its Grand RE-Opening on Saturday, February 25 with a food truck on site (from 11am to 1pm) before you head into the Sloan model's spacious 3,175 square feet of living space encompassing 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage. Model is located at 21005 E. 61st Dr., Aurora, CO 80019.
