This entry-level, full day course has been developed for all construction site personnel engaged in stormwater management on permitted residential construction sites, taking students from the start of land development to final stabilization.
The curriculum will explain the Clean Water Act, State & local MS4s, requirements of permitting, SWPPS (stormwater pollution prevention plan) and erosion and sediment controls used during each phase of residential construction.
