The award-winning design firm continues to outdo itself across hospitality, interior merchandising, and luxury residential spaces.
 

Denver, Colorado: Kimberly Timmons Interiors (KTI) is excited to celebrate 25 years of design excellence this year. This is a major milestone for KTI, an interior design firm that specializes in creating incredible spaces across the hospitality, interior merchandising, and luxury residential industries. KTI’s roots run deep with knowledge and expertise in these three disciplines, as they continue to elevate the scale and scope of their projects, allowing the firm to reach new heights. “I’m thrilled to be celebrating 25 years of KTI,” says Kimberly Timmons-Beutner, Principal and Creative Director at KTI. “I’m so proud of how far we have come and look forward to the next 25 years of providing our clients with inspired, beautiful and functional designs.” The firm has been growing and honing in on their strengths since its inception in 1997, completing hundreds of projects throughout Colorado, across the U.S. and abroad.

Some of the firm’s most recent highlights include:
• Ranking for the fourth consecutive year in the Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses and Top 200 Private Companies in Colorado.
• The unveiling of a new website, refreshed logo and branding.
• Receiving seven national awards so far this year and anticipating being honored with more by the end of 2022.
• Studio Design Director Nikki Holt being awarded Colorado Homes & Lifestyles 5 Under 40 Award.

KTI is continuing this momentum with many notable endeavors, including:
• Completion of two major hospitality projects at world-class ski resorts: Timbers Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek and One Steamboat Place in Steamboat Springs.
• Adding to their national roster of model home clients, working with the nation’s largest homebuilders and helping them exceed their sales goals in attracting affluent, move-up and first-time homebuyers.
• Completion of two large-scale private luxury residences: An 1,800-acre rustic modern ranch property with 200 roaming buffalo, including a high-end activity barn with owner’s suite, horse and cattle barns, and shooting shed totaling over 22,000 square feet; And an 18,000 square foot family home, in a transitional industrial style, with a basketball court, soccer field, pool house, and two-story rock-climbing wall.
