Position Summary
Thrive Home Builders is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Manager to oversee a multi-family townhome project in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IRC Townhome construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage all aspects of daily site operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily construction site operations
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor budgets and control costs
  • Oversee site logistics and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and permit requirements
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Utilize construction management software for scheduling and documentation
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in multi-family residential construction, specifically IRC Townhomes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Denver building codes 
  • OSHA Certified preferred or must obtain
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold a Denver Class C Residential Site Supervisor License
  • Proficiency in construction management software; Build Pro/Supply Pro experience preferred
