The Common Sense Institute and our Housing Fellow Peter F. LiFari, together with Civic Results, the Colorado Association of REALTORS, and the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver are teaming up together to create a Starter Home Housing Framework. This will be a flexible, locally tailored roadmap to help communities modernize zoning, streamline building codes, and adapt design standards to make starter home development more feasible. |
