Consilium Design is proud to announce that the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners has unanimously approved the Official Development Plan for Arcadia Creek near Columbine Country Club, Robert F. Clement Park, and Columbine High School.
We are honored to be a part of the Arcadia Creek design team. Our team and development partners David Tschetter and Keith Lukovsky created this 10-acre master-planned community featuring 25 homes sites in the gated, 55+, active adult community. Located at the confluence of Racoon Creek and Dutch Creek, residents will enjoy direct access to the adjacent extensive open space and trail system in a maintenance free, natural setting.
