FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

HOME BUILDERS FOUNDATION TO HOLD NEW ANNUAL CELEBRATION EVENT
FEATURING AMY VAN DYKEN AS KEYNOTE SPEAKER ON JUNE 6, 2019

Denver, COLO. – For more than 25 years, the Home Builders Foundation (HBF) has been instrumental in building independence and elevating the lives our recipients. After finding great success at the 25th Anniversary Celebration in 2018, the HBF changed their event line-up to feature a similar event this year. The HBF Annual Celebration, presented by Alpine Lumber, will be an evening of fun, food, and drink, that celebrates the HBF’s community of donors, volunteers, and recipients, and will also raise critical funds for the HBF’s home modification program.

The evening will begin with cocktails, food stations and a silent auction. Programming will begin with stories of the HBF, live auction and paddle raiser. The evening will wrap up with a keynote from Colorado's Olympic star, Amy Van Dyken.

“We are thrilled to have Amy Van Dyken join the HBF community as a keynote speaker at our Annual Celebration event. As a Colorado native and person living with a spinal cord injury, she has a unique understanding and appreciation of the impact of our work. Many of us have followed Amy from early on in her swimming career, through her spinal cord injury, and she continues to inspire us.”
