Purchasing Coordinator

Job Description
Epic Homes is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator for our office in Littleton!  This is a great opportunity to become part of our growing team. 

The Purchasing Coordinator job duties include:
  • Help prepare bid/contract packages for vendors
  • Ensure flow of accurate information during the bid process to the trades, sales and construction
  • Assist with specification and contract development, including data entry, vendor communication, filing, and manage contract costs in the computer management systems.
  • Track cost and contract information
  • Answer questions and correct problems as they arise for options, budgets, vendor purchase orders, and spec changes.
