Job Description
Summary
Assist in daily activities related to running a real estate development and brokerage boutique.  We work in a very collaborative environment.  Every day is different, and we need someone who can adapt and is motivated! Will handle tasks in a variety of different areas outlined below. 


Hours
On site office manager Tuesday – Friday 9 AM – 4PM. Weekend or evenings for events, as necessary (1x/quarter)
 
Qualifications
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistance, administrative assistant, or similar equivalent experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and be task oriented.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Real Estate Experience/Licensed preferred.
  • Spanish Speaker preferred. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s (preferred)
  • Willing to learn new software systems
Responsibilities
  • Supporting Principal/Managing Broker in daily activities of running the brokerage and development projects
  • Supporting office agents with onboarding and general support of with their business.
  • Assisting in tracking transactions from Pending to Close and ensuring all files are stored for compliance.
  • Scheduling meetings, keeping calendar, meal planning/ordering, communicating to attendees, creating agendas, presentations, and keeping minutes.
  • Organize and Coordinate execution of company events
  • Assist with creating marketing pieces (from templates)
  • Greets clients and visitors, handles inquiries, communicates with clients and vendors, maintains business relationships.
  • General running of the office.   
  • Provides personal assistance to Principal, as needed
  • Assists with the management of rental portfolio by coordinating with tenants and vendors.
